We are very excited about our latest round of Grass Fed Pork Chops with the red color and amazing marbling, you can't beat the flavor! Our piggies get to graze our pastures and eat the variety of nutrient rich grasses which makes our pork so unique. We cut our bone-in pork chops to about 1 1/2" thick which makes it perfect for the ideal sear. (We do offer thin-to-medium cut, boneless pork chops if that is what you are looking for.)
Our breeds of pigs are selected for their tasty meat which is rich in fats to bring out the marbling and flavor we desire. Our pigs are carefully raised all-natural with non GMO feed, no antibiotics or hormones...the healthiest piggies you'll find! Know where your food comes from!
