What exactly am I getting?

This is a great bundle for trying out each of our sausage varieties and select cuts. Below you will see all the cuts that come with your pig and amounts. If you don't like what you see CALL US...WE CAN CUSTOMIZE BASED ON AVAILABILITY!

3 (1.5-2lbs) Thick Cut Pork Chops (2 Per Package)

1 (1.5-2lbs) Sirloin Chops (2 Per Package)

2 (2.5-3lbs) Shoulder Roast (Picnic or Butt Roast)

2 (1lb) Ground Pork

2 (1lb) Bratwurst

6 (1lb) Breakfast Sausage

(Approximately 25lbs)

Will all this amazing pork fit in my freezer?

You're not alone..we always get this question!  As a general rule of thumb you should plan for 35lbs meat per cubic foot of freezer space.  A standard kitchen fridge/freezer combo is around 7 cubic feet of freezer space -  so if it were totally empty you could fit 245lbs of meat! Or get yourself the deep freeze!  They are actually fairly cheep. We'd be glad to help if you have any questions!
