Our Sausage at 84 RANCH is made from premium cuts of meat, it's not the slop you see from commercial factories. Full in flavor with a unique balance in spice. We are also creating new sausage recipes per our customers requests.
We have a passion for raising our grass-fed pigs where they get to live their lives out in our beautiful open pastures. We also supplement our pigs with a non-GMO feed. Our breeds of pigs are selected for their tasty meat which is rich in fats to bring out the marbling and flavor we desire. Our pigs are carefully raised all-natural with non GMO feed, no antibiotics or hormones...the healthiest piggies you'll find! Know where your food comes from!
What exactly am I getting?
The Sausage Bundle includes 15lbs of our 1lb packages. We have an assortment of breakfast sausages, Italian Mild & Spicey sausage, ground and bratwurst!

Will all this amazing pork fit in my freezer?
You're not alone...we always get this question! As a general rule of thumb you should plan for 35lbs meat per cubic foot of freezer space. A standard kitchen fridge/freezer combo is around 7 cubic feet of freezer space - so if it were totally empty you could fit 245lbs of meat! Or get yourself the deep freeze! They are actually fairly cheep. We'd be glad to help if you have any questions!
