Our Pork Bundles at 84 RANCH out of Pagosa Springs, Colorado contain select cuts to meet your needs. We have a passion for raising our pigs where they get to live their lives out in our beautiful open pastures. Our breeds of pigs are selected for their tasty meat which is rich in fats to bring out the marbling and flavor we desire. Our pigs are carefully raised all-natural with non GMO feed, no antibiotics or hormones...the healthiest piggies you'll find! Know where your food comes from!
What exactly am I getting?
The amount of pounds per cut you get will vary depending on the size of the hog when we harvest, but typically between 15 - 17lbs of meat for an 1/8th of a pig. Below you will see all the cuts that come with your pig and sample amounts. If you don't like what you see CALL US...WE CAN CUSTOMIZE BASED ON AVAILABILITY!
1 (1.5-2lbs) Thic Cut Pork Chops (2 Per Package)
1 (2.5-3lbs) Shoulder Roast (Picnic or Butt Roast)
2 (1lb) Stew, Fahjita or Stir-fry Meat
1 (3lb) Pork Belly
3 (1lb) Ground Pork
2 (1lb) Brats
2 (1lb) Breakfast Sausage
(Approximately 15-17lbs)

Will all this amazing pork fit in my freezer?
You're not alone...we always get this question! As a general rule of thumb you should plan for 35lbs meat per cubic foot of freezer space. A standard kitchen fridge/freezer combo is around 7 cubic feet of freezer space - so if it were totally empty you could fit 245lbs of meat! Or get yourself the deep freeze! They are actually fairly cheep. We'd be glad to help if you have any questions!
